Maya Tulum is a secluded wellness resort located on the beach in the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico. Away from high rise hotels and crowds, this is the perfect place to relax and soak up nature at its best. Nestled between the beach and the tropical forest, the turquoise & warm waters of the Caribbean sea welcome you.
This immersion is a special time for you to literally step outside of your day to day routines and to pause... A time to allow a change in rhythym, and give yourself space to drop into a deeper place... like dropping from the 'wave' part of you, down into the 'ocean' of you. This is especially true here in Maya Tulum with the warm ocean at your doorstep.
Participants typically notice a shift sometimes even before getting to the retreat, and usually during the week as you are supported in the nurturing energy of the group and Tulum, as well as weeks after returning.
Located 1.5 hours south of Cancun, Maya Tulum is near the entrance of the Sian Ka'an National Park, a nature reserve. You can walk along miles of white sand beach, snorkel, explore the fresh water jungle pools, and practice yoga in the yoga studio built in the traditional Mayan palapa style.

From Todd:
"I like to schedule time to meet with each participant for a reading/healing towards the start of the week. We'll be exploring different tools to help us navigate our unfolding, including yoga, movement & meditation, sound & silence, fire & ocean, circles & spirals, and other things. Together we weave a fabric which holds us and supports us leading up to and during the week, and even when we return. This is one of my favorite modalities in which to do this work, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
By signing-up, you set an intention, and things will begin to unfold for you in a different way... you open deeper possibilities for cultivating a different relationship with 'you'.
Please feel free to email/call me with questions, and help in setting a clear intention that resonates with purpose for you".

"Words are not sufficient to express what the week you provided in MT has meant to me and how it has influenced my journey. But words do come to mind: cradle, soft, warmth, spirit, refuge, dynamic, community, tribe, letting go, freedom, laughter, safe, haven/heaven, support, transformation. These words, along with the feelings they invoke, float through my heart and soul and comfort me". -Louisa -2006 participant
